About me
LMT #29432
Hello! My name is Stephanie Trask. I began my massage therapy journey in 2024 at Central Oregon Community College. My interest in food and nature, and the overall impact they have on health has led me to this practice. I have suffered a few life-changing injuries, and I am constantly searching for ways to help my body not only heal but thrive.
Groundwork Massage represents my goal to help people become grounded in their bodies and rooted in good health. It embodies the idea that if we can reconnect to our bodies, then we can discover the best version of ourselves. My mission is to help guide people toward healing by relieving pain, aiding in recovery, and balancing the body. Through different bodywork modalities and targeted massage techniques, I aim to provide quality care with respect and intention to the client’s needs.
Offerings
Therapeutic Massage Intentional, clinical form of massage that focuses on targeting specific areas of the body by manipulating tissues, targeting trigger points, improving function and mobility, and aiding in recovery.
Sports Massage Focused massage to support performance, mobility, and recovery for athletes or those with an active lifestyle. It utilizes techniques such as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and joint mobilization.
Cupping Application of suction on the skin to reduce fascial restrictions, increase muscle relaxation, and break up scar tissue. I often use cupping in tandem with therapeutic massage depending on the individual needs of my clients.
